Do I have to pay online before sending the device for restore?
You do not need to pay anything until your Phone is restored and back in your hands. Once you get it back, you can pay either by cash, card, UPI, Wallet, Online or Bank Transfer, whatever comfortable for you.
Do you offer any type of warranty on smartphone device restores?
For all our services you get a 1 year warranty.
What should I do if my Phone falls in water or another liquid?
Firstly, do not attempt to turn the phone on as that can cause a serious short circuit. Next, call our Customer Service Representative at 8810674440 and schedule a fix as soon as possible. The sooner we get to work on the device, higher the chances that your device will be restored.
